The quarterly and annual numismatic magazine

In 1893 the Royal Dutch Numismatic Society started publishing articles on numismatics. Until 1914 articles appeared four times a year in “het Tijdschrift voor Munt- en Penningkunde” and annually since in the “Jaarboek voor Munt- en Penningkunde”. A broad variety of topics has been presented and the main subject is the study of Dutch Numismatics. Most articles were written in Dutch but there also are articles in English, French and German. Ranging from description of e.g. Roman hoards, biographies of mint masters, medallists and engravers and studies of financial law and currency legislations.
